All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, your satisfaction means everything to me. If you receive an item with a quality issue or defect, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery at Hayezcreates@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, I will be happy to arrange an exchange.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or size are natural characteristics of handmade crochet items and are not considered defects.
